By listing your property with worldrentalshop.com you are agreeing to pay a yearly non-refundable fee for Aquavista Property Rentals Ltd (Company registration number: 04961912 (England & Wales) and VAT number 810 9868 12 to market your property to let. Payment is either yearly by credit card or bank cheque, payable prior to your advert being made available for viewing or by a monthly standing order of 12 equal amounts. The minimum period of advertisement is 12 months.

Aquavista Property Rentals Ltd will add your property information and pictures of your property in the appropriate country ~ region ~ town as indicated by you when adding your property to the site. If you feel that the appropriate country ~ region ~ town selection is unavailable for your property, please indicate in the box provided your desired country ~ region ~ town. Aquavista Property Rentals Ltd will review your request and wherever possible will try and accommodate your request to the best of our ability. In certain circumstances we may decide an alternative country ~ region ~ town is more suitable for your property. Aquavista Property Rentals Ltd decision is final as to the chosen country ~ region ~ town for your property.

Your advert may not contain any text or images that Aquavista Property Rentals Ltd deems to be of an unsuitable nature for the purpose of marketing a property for rent. Such information may be, but not limited to, text or pictures that contain sexual, racist or abusive material. If Aquavista Property Rentals Ltd deem any information to be of this nature, Aquavista Property Rentals Ltd reserve the right to remove the advert from display immediately. Aquavista Property Rentals Ltd will then contact you to modify the details. If Aquavista Property Rentals Ltd deem that the nature of the material to be very offensive we reserve the right to withdrawal your advert permanently.

Payment for your advert is either by standing order (UK bank holders only), bank cheque (UK bank holder only) or by credit card using the Paypal (Europe) Ltd secure online credit card payment scheme. Payment by credit card is conducted directly with Paypal (Europe Ltd). Aquavista Property Rentals Ltd does not store or process your credit card details.

All enquiries generated by the advert will be forwarded to you the property advertiser to reply to the client directly. We accept no responsibility for any inaccuracies in the text of the advert. You are able to modify your advert at anytime.

You agree to Aquavista Property Rentals Ltd adding your property details to other internet property portals or alternative advertising methods in an attempt to maximise your property coverage.

You agree to inform Aquavista Property Rentals Ltd if you wish to withdraw your advert 30 days prior to the date of withdrawal.

If you withdrawal your advert within 1 calendar year of placing your advert you shall be required to make full payment of the entire year. On subsequent years, you may stop standing order payments after 30 days of providing notice to Aquavista Property Rentals Ltd to withdrawal your advert. If you pay for your advert yearly by credit card or bank cheque then there is no refund for the part of the year that you withdrawal your advert.

If you pay yearly by credit card or bank cheque we shall notify you 30 days before the end of the calendar year that payment for the next year is required. If we do not receive payment, your advert will be removed on the anniversary of your previous payment. Your advert will still remain within your account and you may still activate your advert at any point.

You agree to indemnify Aquavista Property Rentals Ltd against any copyright issues relating to the text and photographs that you have supplied to us to support your advert.

You must reply to all enquiries as soon as is practical to ensure that clients receive information as they request.
