This exclusive 18th century Florentine Villa sits just 35 minutes from Florence, and is a short drive or train ride away from many of Italy’s key destinations: Rome, Venice, Siena, Pisa, Arezzo, Lucca, Cinque Terre and San Gimignano.

Surrounded by terraced acres of gardens with a private swimming pool above the quaint lake town of Londa, Villa Luciano is a dream setting for any family or group vacation.

Furnished throughout with exquisite antiques, the Villa comfortably accommodates up to 14 people. Every aspect of this spacious, 8,000 square foot country home speaks to its Tuscan pedigree. From its aged façade to its rustic angles to its sloping earthenware rooftops, Villa Luciano reflects the region’s traditions, architecture and culture.

To make your Tuscan vacation one you’ve dreamed about, we offer wine tasting at our own "enoteca" (wine bar), a private chef to cook for you on-site, winery tours through the world famous Chianti area, a wedding or event planner and regional cooking classes in our own 18th century kitchen upon request.

This impressive and unforgettable 18th Century Villa is one of the most important structures in the area. It comfortably sleeps 14 people with 7 bedrooms and 7 baths. Beautifully tiled floors, fireplaces, antique furnishings, arched doorways, gracious suites, porcelain and stone bathrooms, vaulted ceilings, balconies and shuttered windows with views of the surrounding hills punctuate the spaces. Every room recalls the past yet is made comfortable by modern conveniences. Guests will feel very much at home here.

A refreshing and private swimming pool is open for your enjoyment from May to September and Villa Luciano is well-equipped with a host of other conveniences:
