Description
Relax on your own private beach or in the pool,(their is also a childrens splash pool,playground,swings etc and pituresque stone waterfall.) one of the last properties to be built right next to the beach.
The beach is gently shelving and stays at 2-4 feet deep for over a hundred yards and is ideal for children,or drop out a little further and the snorkelling can be excellent, its a bay so the tide hardly moves a beautifully quiet location with small restuarant and bar nearby, or take advantage of your own BBQ their are two of them one on the large upper terrace taking in the view of the beach below and the dramatic mountains around, or BBQ 2 under the pergola with tile clad roof leading off from the main kitchen through large double doors.
The busy town of Altinkum is 10 mins by car or bus away for those who want a faster pace of life,were designer shops,pubs clubs and bars or even the large market (run twice weekly)are found. The property is luxury and also benefits from having twenty four hour security for your own peace of mind. It also benefits from the latest earthquake shelter which is required now by turkish law; especially on good propertys, the villas build was completed by a top british design team with a proven track record(Persimmon homes UK) which was comforting to know.Transfers can be arranged from Bodrum airport which is nearby alternatively why not rent a car their available and will solve all problems, their is also a bus service which runs frequently from the villa to Altinkum town and Akbuk town .
The villa is well appointed with airconditioning throughout each room with its own remote control,mozquito,s dont tend to be a problem in this part of turkey but mozquito shutters are fitted at every double glazed window,which if left shut still allow light and air to pass thru.Their is a jacuzzi spa bath and a seperate shower downstairs which is usefull when coming in from the beach,a large open plan lounge, kitchen ,diner leading out to a pergola covered terrace perfect for eating out with direct views to the pool and beach.The villa will be cleaned, towels and bedding will be supplied local shop for milk fresh bread water fruit and salad stuff 100yds away for your main shopping visit the big supermarkets in Altinkum their are 3 main ones offering wide choice of good food toiletries etc.
The beach is due to be privatised with your own loungers on the sand and an additional BBQ area for lazy nights on your own beach. loungers are already in place around the pool for your use. please contact stuart and bridget and family for further details thankyou..
