Description
This new one bedroom apartment on Golden Park in Altinkum. It sleeps up to four people, twin beds and a double sofa bed. It is fully furnished with air conditioning in the bedroom and ceiling fan fitted into the lounge. It is situated on the first floor at the back of the complex. It is quiet and has a large balcony that overlooks the lovely landscaped gardens. The complex has 3 swimming pools, 1 specifically designed for children and a Jacuzzi, there is a poolside bar and restaurant. The sandy beach is only a 15 minutes walk away; the nearest supermarket is a 5 minute walk away.
The nearest airport is Bodrum 1hr 15 minutes away, airport transfers can be arranged which you pay locally. The bed linen and towels will be washed once a week; additional washes can be arranged at a cost of £10.00.
To book this apartment a non refundable deposit of £35.00 is to be paid at the time of booking with the remainder paid 6 weeks before departure.
There is also a deposit of £50.00 which is refundable at the end of your stay to cover any breakages.
