Description
This property is very popular usually booked 12 months in advance, please check the availability calender. Long winter lets are available from Ł80 per week. The accommodation was completed in spring 2005 and has been finished & furnished to a very high standard. It is fully air conditioned and ideally situated in a peaceful location in the more sophisticated resort of Icmeler near Marmaris, just a ten- minute stroll to the beach and all local amenities.
There are three bedrooms, one double and two twin, each with it%u2019s own balcony, all with beautiful views of the surrounding lush mountains. The beds are of the best quality and are very comfortable; for the 7th and 8th person there are two sofa beds that can be used as small doubles or used together to make one huge double bed.
There is a Jacuzzi bathroom with shower & WC upstairs. On the ground floor, there is a separate shower room with WC. You can enjoy the use of the three private patios, and the well-proportioned shared pool, gardens and sun terrace.
You would have the exclusive use of the quality fitted kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and hob, a washing machine is also supplied should you prefer to come home with all your laundry done. A DVD, TV, safe and radio cassette player along with all the usual household items you would normally require are supplied.

Location, Location, Location Icmeler is the best; we believe it to be the most desirable location in the Marmaris area. It is a small town with an up market feel to it & a friendly village atmosphere, we cannot emphasise enough just how nice and friendly the local people are. Icmeler is surrounded on three sides by beautiful lush green mountains and on the fourth a lovely long sandy beach and crystal clear blue sea ideal and safe for swimming. Back from the beach behind the long promenade there is the newer part of Icmeler with shops, restaurants, bars, hotels, small supermarket & a pretty canal area, further back from the beach is the old village. Our property is situated in a quiet location between the two from which you can walk to anywhere in Icmeler. The old village has a mosque, quaint little streets, shops, & smallholdings

The Area
The charming more sophisticated resort of Icmeler lies in a sheltered bay surrounded on 3 sides by pine covered mountains between Marmaris and Turunc on the turquoise coast, it%u2019s crystal clear blue waters are ideal for water sports, or just to laze about on it%u2019s sandy beaches. Local transport systems make it easy travel. Local buses (dolmus) taxis and boat are all easily available to get about, the dolmus are very reasonably priced, fun and interesting to use. Turunc 10km by road but just around the bay by boat is a peaceful and relaxed resort. Delicious fish restaurants are a must when you visit. Marmaris, Icmelers other neighbour 8km away is a more cosmopolitan palm fringed town with it%u2019s wonderful harbour, shops, bars restaurants, pubs and clubs. Shoppers will delight in the old town bazaar, buy wonderful Turkish souvenirs, gold and silver bargains, remember to haggle. Once you have sampled the delights of the surrounding area head back to your comfy home from home in Icmeler.
Locally there is swimming, scuba diving, bargain shopping, market day, the bazaar [a maze of stores and shops, be ready to barter] it really is an experience. Eating out is very reasonable and very entertaining. You can stroll in the mountains find the odd wild tortoise, or wander around the old village and meet the locals, have a hair cut or shave, it%u2019s a must; you get more than you probably bargained for & it%u2019s family entertainment! Meet Ally the camel, when you find him in the old village, his owner does a lovely meal. Have a Turkish bath we recommend that on day one, it works wonders for the skin and makes your tan last it will get you straight into holiday mode. Go on a jeep or quad safari, visit turtle beach, have a mud bath, bathe in a hot spring and visit beautiful and historic sites such as Pamukkale & Ephesus, you can even take a day trip to Rhodes. Apart from snow it%u2019s got it all. The list is endless, just enjoy.
