Description
Palm Beach 3 Bed Apartments share a communal swimming pool and childs splash pool in Calis Beach. Sleeping 6-8 people with 3 bathrooms. Only 50 metres to the beach.

The apartments are fully furnished throughout including cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV and air conditioning.

The 3 bed apartments are duplex with 2 ensuite bedrooms on the top floor.

BOOK NOW FOR SUMMER 2009 AND RECEIVE A DISCOUNT OFF THE ACCOMMODATION PRICE. ONLY 25% DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO RESERVE THE ACCOMMODATION.

Calils Beach is only 50 metres away with many shops and restaurants along the promenade.

There is a large communal swimming pool at the front of the apartments, with a childs splash pool.

Included in your accommodation price is an arrival welcome basket including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread, jam, eggs and water; a weekly clean/change of bedding and a meet and greet visit.

Please email for up to date availability as we do have more than one apartment for rent. We also have 2 bedroom apartments available sleeping 3-5 people.

Bookings are for minimum of one week. At the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total holiday price (including transfers and car hire) is payable. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before departure date. A fully refundable security deposit of 100 GBP to cover any breakages, etc. is payable on arrival in Turkey.

The Area
The apartments would suit families or groups of couples looking for both a relaxing beach holiday and those looking for a seaside holiday for the family.

Calis Beach is a lively resort and it has a long promenade along the beach, lined with shops, restaurants and bars. Stroll along the promenade and eat in one of the many restaurants offering all kinds of international cuisine.

Calis has a weekly market every Sunday and many bargains can be found. Remember to haggle!

The local bus route goes past the apartments, if you want to travel further afield - Fethiye, Oludeniz, Hisaronu, etc. Or catch the water taxi by the bridge into Fethiye, a pleasant 25 minute boat trip.

The cosmopolitan town of Fethiye is a 10 minute bus ride away. Stroll along the harbour, take boat trips, shop abundantly and eat in one of the many restaurants. The weekly market is every Tuesday selling everything from leather goods, clothes, spices and food at bargain prices.

The famous Oludeniz beach and blue lagoon can be reached from Fethiye and are definately worth a visit. Also many excursions are available from boat trips to the mud baths at Dalyan.

We can also arrange airport transfers, car hire and excursions. Prices on request.
