Description
This spectacular modern villa is built into the hillside in an area of outstanding natural beauty overlooking the
renowned Monte Mayor golf course. Whether a golf enthusiast or not, the superb facilities at this luxurious

The sixth large bedroom and shower room are on the lower ground floor. This room has twin beds and the option

The entertainment centre is on the lower ground floor. The large games room has table tennis, pool table, television,
comfortable seating and a mirrored bar area which is equipped with a fridge, bottle fridge, microwave oven and dishwasher.
There is also a separate gym next to a shower room. The cinema, with its plush cream carpets and furnishings, including
an enormous day bed, adds the final touch of luxury to this wonderful property.

The views from the terrace, garden and balconies are outstanding, with the fabulous Monte Mayor golf course in the

The Area
Seven kilometres inland from the coastal road between Marbella and Estepona and concealed by rugged
mountains in a paradise yet to be really discovered, Monte Mayor nestles in a sheltered valley high in the hills
of Benahavís from where it commands unparalleled views of the Mediterranean, Gibraltar and the African coastline.
Flora and fauna abound and wild boar and the majestic king eagle live undisturbed in this dramatic natural reserve.

The unique 18 hole course covers an area of 5,562 square metres and was designed in 1989 by Pepe Gancedo to
test players to their utmost. Impeccable greens are set within tranquil valleys where the river Arroyo la Romera
flows over rocks of natural marble into deep ravines and gullies.
