The apartment block is only a few hundred meters to the beach on the Mar Menor and the village centre of Los Nietos. Los Nietos a lovely traditional Spanish fishing village, along the sea front there are several restaurants and beach bars and there is a Club Nautica with beach bar. Just outside the apartment block, there is a community tennis court and football pitch. There is a supermarket less than 400 meters away and the beach is clean and sandy and the Mar Menor is very shallow and warm.

Car Hire is not necessary as all amenities are within easy walking distance.
The vibrant town of Los Belones with bars and restaurants and good night life is only 1.5 kms away and the famous La Manga Club with its 3 championship Golf Courses is a mere 10 mins drive away.

Los Nietos is a short drive from Los Belones. The sandy beach stretches the length of the village and looks out onto a marina and the Mar Menor. Los Nietos is becoming ever more popular with British holidaymakers looking for a quiet and relaxing break.
