Choice of apartments situated only 25m from the beach. Stunning views and access to community pool.

These two bedroom apartments are a great place for a relaxing holiday, the community pool, with childrens section, is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun or if you prefer the beach, the sandy beaches and safe waters of the Mar Menor are right on your doorstep.

The apartments have two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom is a twin with fitted wardrobes. A family bathroom with shower over bath, vanity unit, wc and bidet.

The lounge diner has a comfortable suite with a sofa bed and dining table and chairs, with a TV, DVD, stereo and air conditioning. From the lounge the patio doors lead out to a balcony with patio furniture and brilliant views, a great place to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sun set.

The american style Kitchen has a fridge freezer, oven and hob. There is garage parking underneath the apartments, which is great on those hot days, keeping your car nice and cool.
