Description
This beautiful brand new semi detached villa is furnished to a high quality and offers 2 bedrooms, a roof terrace with fantastic views, which is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a good book, or watch the kids playing in the secure garden below. The villa over looks the beautiful fountains opposite.
This lovely new villa was constructed in 2004 to the highest standards and has been furnished with superb quality furniture. The villa is located on the fabulous new resort of Mar Menor Golf Resort, constructed by Polaris World.

The villa offers a well fitted "galley" style kitchen with washing machine, microwave oven and hob. There is a large airy and spacious comfortable lounge/ diner leading out to a private patio and gardens front and rear. The lounge has two comfy sofas, TV, DVD and stereo so you can chill out after a round of golf or game of tennis.

The property is air conditioned and has gas central heating for warm winter nights. The villa is in the most ideal location in the resort as the area is quiet and peaceful and away from the main roads, yet the Five Star Hotel and the resorts Sports and Leisure Centre is a 3 min or 400m walk away.

Beautifully presented, brand new and very light airy and spacious. Ideal for a family holiday with the surrounding facilities. Extremely child friendly (we have small children of our own so we know what is good and what is not!). This is a golfer´s paradise ... and the house is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a golf holiday.

To the rear there is an enclosed grass garden and a rear patio with doors from the dining room. Ideal for relaxing in the peace and quiet or Al Fresco dining. To the front is a car port and lawn area. Immediatley in front of the villa are a set of fountains in a paved area which are very pretty to look at.

The Area
This new and exciting resort, constructed by Polaris World is situated barely 4kms from the warm waters of the Mar Menor, a 10 minute drive from San Javier, Murcia International airport and 60 minutes from Alicante airport. The centre of Murcia, capital of the province, is 30 minutes away and the ancient Roman and historic port of Cartagena is even closer. The villa is found within a secure area surrounding a nine hole golf course designed by Dave Thomas. A short walk from the villa you will discover the new 5 star hotel complex with spas, fitmess center, supermarket and shops.

The resort has an excellent and challenging 9 hole Golf Course, a driving range and practice putting green. The Hotel on site has a couple of really great bars and coffee bars. The Pistachio bar has live music in the evenings over the weekends. There is a luxurious Spa for a fantastic day of relaxation and treatments.

The social centre has a fantastic restaurant and this is the place where you will find the community pool for the resort. Also in the Social centre is a flood light tennis court, a full gymnasium, Pinos Bar, Hairdresser, Travel Centre and the Resorts Supermarket.

The Mar Menor Golf Resort has been set up to rival La Manga Club for a fraction of the cost. You have probably already seen Polaris World (the developers) huge advertising campaign on UK television, it really does look like that ... the villas are brightly coloured and situated in their own gardens. The resort has attractive community areas with fountains and park areas. The new rather strangely named "Social Centre" is more of a lesuire centre with the Resorts main swimming pool complex. Around this there are a couple of bar areas, one open air the other indoor with big screen TV, a very nice and stylish restaurant ... with the most delicious smells coming from the kitchens. The centre has a Fitness suit, you can have a massage there, use the gym and there is a flood lit tennis court.
On the shopping front there is a small supermarket and a couple of little shops and a cash point. There is a hairdressers and medical centre on site.
The brand new 60 bedroom Five Star Intercontinental Hotel opened in January and provides the height of luxury and that Five Start Resort feel but without the prices.
