Description
A fantastic new detached villa with its own private pool and jacuzzi, set in a private enclosed garden. The villa is very large and spacious with plenty of space both inside and out. It is furnished to the highest standards with brand new furniture. This is a wonderful place to take a relaxing holiday.

The master bedroom has a dressing area and ensuite bathroom with twin basins set in a vanity unit, shower over bath, wc and bidet. The second bedroom is also a double and the third bedroom is a twin with two single beds. All these upstairs bedrooms have patio doors onto the upstairs terrace with stunning views across the Mar Menor sea. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a family bathroom with shower over bath, WC, bidet and vanity unit.

Downstairs there is a further twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom and another family bathroom.

The lounge diner is large and spacious with a fireplace, TV and DVD. There is a Satellite TV service with 34 channels. The dining room has a large table which would easily seat 8-10 and there are patio doors onto the bottom terrace, with steps down to the garden and pool. The kitchen is very large and separate with serving hatch to the dining room.

There is a door to the garden and table and chairs just outside the kitchen door. The kitchen has two fridge freezers, dishwashers, oven and hob, double sink and drainer. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and two hot water tanks so that the four bathrooms never run out of hot water.

The garden is fully enclosed with a good sized 8 x 4m pool with a jacuzzi at the shallow end. There are plenty of sunloungers and also palm trees if you wish to find some shade. There is a built in charcoal BBQ, most important for those evenings in!

You can enjoy some fantastic sunsets from the terraces of the villa and the views across the Mar Menor are stunning. The villa is set in a very quiet residential area, it has a long driveway and car port so there is plenty of off road parking. There is a garage downstairs, which only the owner has access to, but the storage area is available to store your suitcases.

The villa is set in a very quiet residential street and so is away from any noise of hustle and bustle.

Situated close to the pretty traditional fishing village of Cabo de Palos and only a few minutes walk from the beaches of the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean at the beginning of La Manga Strip and only a few minutes walk from all the facilities, which include restaurants, bars and supermarkets. You can enjoy some fine dining at Spanish, Chinese, Italian or Argentinian restaurants and if you wish to dance the night away til dawn, there is Bongo´s Bar.

The Area
Cabo do Palos is a beautiful fishing village, with a fabulous working port and a real holiday feel right at the start of La Manga Strip. La Manga Strip, "the sleeve" of land that runs from Cabo de Palos in the south up to San Pedro in the north is 18km long and encloses the warm tranquil waters of the Mar Menor to the west and has the livelier colder Mediterranean to the east. The Strip is up to 1km wide in parts and yet in others it is merely 100m, allowing for the road to run through with a beach on either side.
