Description
This lovely house was completed less than 2 years ago to the highest possible standards, and furnished exquisitely. The house is situated in the popular village of Senorio de Roda, only a few hundred meters from the 18 hole golf resort of Roda Golf and Beach and merely 5km from the stunning beaches and Spanish town of Los Alcazares.

Accommodation comprises of a large lounge diner, with integral fully fitted kitchen. There is a downstairs twin bedroom and a large shower room. The back door leads to the rear courtyard with fountain. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes and balcony, a further twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and balcony. There is a family bathroom. The house has air conditioning and warm air heating upstairs and down. There is a balcony to the front. Upstairs again is the sun roof with plenty of sun loungers so you can relax and enjoy the sunshine with a good book.

The house is perfect for a relaxing family holiday and has everything that you could want for an excellent holiday in Spain. The community pool is only a few meters away and has plenty of space to sit round with a good book. Enjoy Al Fresco dining in the front patio garden with its gas BBQ and lovely stone dining table.

Or for golfers this is an ideal location from which to tour Murcia and enjoy the 11 challenging and very different golf courses that are now on offer.

The Area
Los Alcazares is a great town to visit and only 5km from the villa. It has a long sandy beach which is on the shallow and safe waters of the Mar Menor. The beach has a wide promenade which runs along its entire length and has numerous beach bars and restaurants. The town itself has numerous large supermarkets, there are quiet plazas to enjoy a coffee or sit out and enjoy a dinner in the evening. There are some lovely Spanish restaurants and tapas bars, Patio II is very popular for barbequed meats with a very Spanish style. There are international restaurants, an Indian Restaurant - Hindustani - is certainly the best one that I have tried in the area. There is a great chinese restaurant part of the group RUN. There are numerous tapas and spanish restaurants, in particular try the 1920´s hotel on the beach and just behind the townhall for best tapas and a perfect location eating on the promenade, by the beach and looking out into Mar Menor.

Los Alcazares has a bustling market every Tuesday to the south of the town. Ideal place to buy leather goods, handbags and belts, and the freshest fruit and vegetables.

The all new Terra Mitica opened in Summer 2007. This is a water park with a difference as there is a safari zoo next door included in the price of entry. The zoo has a wide range of exotic and fierce animals in large open enclosures. See the wolves and the wolves see you through their picket fence. The water slides are excellent fun for all the family. If your littles ones are too small to meet the height restrictions they can use the junior pool with its climbing frames and slides.
