Description
A lovely two bedroom, two bathroom ground floor garden apartment in the La Manga club resort. The apartment has been recenly refurbished and has a lovely garden area. This is a very spacious apartment with a large lounge diner, with Club TV and DVD player and a separate fully fitted kitchen with oven and hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There are patio doors leading from the lounge to the garden area and there is air conditioning and warm air heating throughout.

There a two nice sized bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, the master bedroom is a double with patio doors to the garden. The second bedroom is a twin with an ensuite shower room and there is a further shower room down an inner hallway.

The apartment has off road parking and is very close to all the amenities in Bellaluz square, it also comes with sports rights and Residents rate discount on golf and tennis.

Bellaluz has a fantastic community pool which is heated in the Spring and Autumn, together with baby pool and tapas bar. There are also other restaurants at Bellaluz, along with various shops and a supermarket.

La Manga Club has 3 championship golf courses, 28 tennis courts, a luxury Spa and many many more facilities, there is a beach on the Mediterranean, which is in a private cove with a fantastic restaurant. There are over 25 bars and restaurants situated on the complex which is gated with 24hr security, there is also a medical centre with English speaking doctors, a kids club and two more commercial centres with supermarkets, cafes, banks and shops.

The village of Los Belones is only 10 mins drive, the fascinating Roman town of Cartagena is only 25 mins drive and the airport of Murcia is only 20 min away.
