Description
Lavender Apartment - A spacious and totally beautiful 3 bedroom apartment situated in Bitez Marina in a private complex, 200 metres from the beach. Bitez is a peaceful location and is ideal for families, young and old. The apartment has fabulous uninterrupted views of Bitez Beach, Aegaen Sea and nearby Greek Islands. The apartment was built in 2005 and is furnished to a very high standard and has air-conditioning through-out. It is 5 minutes walk to Bitez village where there are lots of restaurants and some bars. The apartment sleeps 6 comfortably and has all the comforts of home to ensure a wonderful holiday.

The kitchen is equipped with all the accessories you will require including electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle, cutlery, delph and glasses for up to 8 people.

The spacious tastefully furnished living room has patio doors leading out onto a large balcony with table and chairs to sit and watch the sun go down. There is also a beautiful shaded garden area.

Outside
There is a beautiful swimming pool with stunning views over Bitez Beach. Sunbeds & parasols are provided. There are toilets and showers at the poolside for the use of guests.


Beach
The beach at Bitez is a Blue Flag Beach. It is safe and sandy, and free sunbeds are available along the entire 2 kilometre beach.


Something for all ages
Bitez has something to offer everybody from the young to the old. It is the number 1 spot for Wind Surfing on the Bodrum Peninsula. For the energetic it has tennis, football and basketball courts which can be booked on an hourly basis. (2 minutes walk from the apartment). Throughout the year a tennis coach is available. For the lazy, pass the day at the beach or stroll around the numerous shops and welcoming restaurants and bars.

How do I get to Bitez
Bodrum Airport (BJV) is 30 minutes from Bitez and airport transfers can be arranged.

Flights weekly, Saturday or Sunday from Ireland with www.budgettravel.ie or www.sunworld.ie. Flights from U.K. most days of the week - see www.fly2thesun.com for cheap flights. Flights are also available with Turkish Airlines from Ireland and U.K. to Istanbul/Bodrum www.thy.com


Bodrum
Is only a dolmus (Turkish mini bus) ride from the apartment and there are a choice of dolmus to take. A quick 10 minute trip through Gumbet (where there is plenty of nightlife). Or take a 20 minute trip on the Bitez dolmus through the old village and see everyday Turkish Life.

Cleaning/Towels
Bed-linen and towels for the apartment only are provided, not to be brought to the beach/pool. The apartment is cleaned once a week for stays exceeding one week.

Booking Details
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Last minute/late bookings are to be paid in full at the time of booking. A 5% discount will apply for stays in excess of 1 week. A refundable damage deposit of £250 (or Euro equivalent) is required and this will be returned 1 week after return.

A complimentary welcome pack of fresh food and beverages await your arrival at the apartment. Although this is a non-smoking apartment, smoking is permitted on the balcony and in the garden.
