Description
Villa Bati Gul is eight years old and situated on the east side of Dalyan near the beach road and just a lazy ten minute walk to the centre.
It is a comfortable light and airy villa with four bedrooms each with their own balcony.The circular staircase leads up to a spacious loft which can be used as a fifth bedroom. Two double sofa beds in the open plan lounge diner make it possible to sleep up to thirteen people. Downstairs is the large bathroom with walk in shower. A second smaller bathroom is on the first floor. The kitchen is compact and well equipped. A large veranda from both the kitchen or lounge diner enables you to enjoy the garden and private pool view without exposure to direct sunshine.
The recently built fifty sq meter swimming pool is perfect for cooling off on those hot summer days. It is 1.8 meters deep throughout with large round steps leading in from the left hand corner. The grassed garden benefits from mature fruit trees an attractive weeping willow.
Two adult mountain bikes are available for your use too.
