Description
This spacious villa is located just off the centre of the resort of Gumbet; within 5 minutes walking distance of all the amenities and is set in secluded grounds, which are completely private and not overlooked. From the furnished rooftop sun-terrace you can enjoy extensive views of the surrounding area and hillside, while enjoying endless hours of sunbathing.
The villa has 3 double, air-conditioned bedrooms, and 2 large family bathrooms, one fitted with a washing machine. Downstairs, there is an additional WC/hand basin. The large kitchen is a very well equipped with fridge, freezer, cooker, microwave etc. It has a spacious lounge, which is equipped with satellite TV, DVD player, video recorder/player and a CD player. It also has a double sofa bed, as well as armchairs, which convert to children’s beds.
Although the Villa does not have a pool we have made arrangements for our guests to use the pools of our neighbouring Hotels, completely free of charge.
