Description
Set on the outskirts of Side, a small town comprising quaint shops, restaurants and active night entertainment for all ages and set near an ancient Roman Amphitheatre and ruins, this apartment offers the opportunity of a great self-catering holiday. This newly built development of only 15 apartments with a view of the Taurus Mountains in a quiet area allows for a relaxing sojourn after a full day of activity, should you so wish.

The two bedroom apartment allows for up to 6 people comfortably. Air Conditioned for your comfort. Master bedroom has a kingsize bed with dresser and the other bedroom has twin single beds. The lounge area comprises sleeper sofa, two armchairs, with TV and satellite. The double patio doors open onto a patio that has direct access to the large swimming pool, which caters for very young children as well. The kitchen area is fully equipped with large fridge / freezer; oven / gas hob + extractor, toaster, kettle and all kitchen utensils / crockery. The dining area has an extendable dining table that will seat 6 comfortably. Also provided is a washing machine, iron + board and clothes horse. Fully equipped bathroom having both bath and shower also has towels and such like. Safe deposit box, and shutters on all the windows, with the 24 hour security gives the assurance of a comfortable stay. The apartments comes with it’s own sun loungers and patio furniture, and there is a large stone communal BBQ area, as well as on site parking.

Side town is approx. 30 min walk and the public and private beaches are approx. 20 min walk, or short taxi trip. Manavgat, a traditional Turkish town is a mere 10 minutes by the local dolmus taxi, of which there is easy access. Saturday markets and Turkish baths are in the immediate area, as well as restaurants and taxi ranks. Bookings for extramural and sporting activities such as golf, boat excursions, water sports, sight seeing trips etc. are all within easy walking distance.

The Antalya Airport is approx. 45 minutes away and transfers can be arranged. Car hire, as an alternative, is also available.
