Description
The apartment is in a select gated community, built in a curve, with landscaped gardens and stunning views over the bay.

There is a large shaped adult swimming pool and an adjacent children's pool. Sleeps 4/5 comfortably with air conditioning through out. Patio doors lead onto the main terrace, with table and chairs for "al fresco" dining. There is a second small balcony leading from the double bedroom. Each room has been furnished with care, and enjoys unobstructed views in every direction. There is an open plan lounge / dining and kitchen area. The lounge has an L shaped settee, with an extra piece set in the alcove,which can be used for extra seating or added to the main suite to make another bed if needed. There is a TV and DVD player for films or music. A selection of films, music, books and games can be found in this area. The kitchen has a full sized cooker and four ring electric hob, dishwasher,large frig/freezer,and a microwave. A washing machine is in the large cupboard just off the kitchen. The bathroom is fully tiled and has a bath and shower fitting. Bed linen and towels are provided, but you will need to bring your own swimming towels. swimming

The location is perfect for a relaxing and quiet holiday, but with easy access to all types of activity should you feel more energetic.

Yalikavak holds many delights and is not just another holiday resort, but is a thriving, working community.

Originally a small fishing port, it now boasts a new marina and many restaurants, some specialising in fish dishes. There is a weekly market on Thursdays, many shops, some of which are set under a ceiling of raffia, intertwined with plants to protect you from the sun. Here you will find both tourists and locals enjoying a drink and the social ambiance. Be assured of a warm welcome in Yalikavak, as the Turkish people are very hospitable and cannot do enough to help you.

The larger town and port of Bodrum is only fifteen kilometres away, by car or Dolmus (minibus) where you will find many shops, restaurants and places of interest.

We strongly recommend that you contact our housekeeping agent Sehval (Sheval) of Clover Management, who will arrange your airport transfers and also car hire. It is 50 km from Bodrum airport to Yalikavak. Transfers are free if you hire a car and this will enable you to explore this interesting peninsula. Welcome packs are also available and should be arranged directly with Clover, via their website.
