Description
This luxurious brand new villa is set at the foot of a pine clad mountain in the beautiful Turkish village of Beldibi.Nestled amongst the pine trees & olive & lemon groves it provides the perfect base for all sorts of holiday makers.From those who want to spend their days in the bustling town of Marmaris (10 minutes local bus ride - cost 40p) with all it's shops,markets & water sports etc & thier nights in the numerous bars & clubs, to those who want to do some exploring,walking,biking or even rock climbing & for the ones who just want to sit back,chill out & have a good rest.

You enter the villa into a large entrance area with a spiralled marble staircase & black wrought iron railings leading to the three bedrooms.There are two twin bedrooms & one double, all bedrooms are bright & spacious & have double wardrobes & dressing tables & are all en-suite.The top double bedroom also has a TV,video,loads of films plus a playstation & games.
All bathrooms are fully tiled throughout & are complimented with high quality fittings.
Theres a large relaxing open plan living area which has a sofa plus a double sofa bed.It has a hi-fi system,TV & DVD with a good selection of films for the whole family.A wide variety of books,games & information leaflets are also available.
The fully fitted modern kitchen has all the appliances,cuttlery,crockery & cooking utensils you will need during your stay.However the cost of eating out is so cheap in Marmaris you are more likely to end up going out most nights !
Outside there is a large terrace with views across the garden to the shared pool (excellent for watching the young ones while you sit back & relax.
All balconies & terrace have a good amount of furniture.The villa is surrounded by national park woodland & provides the perfect setting for a romantic walk or picnic.

The complex is situated in the beautiful Turkish village of Beldibi which has local shops,,chemist,supermarkets,internet cafe,bus station,Turkish bath house plus various eateries.There is a weekly market (Tues) where you can look for a holiday bargain,but be prepaired to haggle to get the best price.

If you fancy something a bit more lively you can catch the regular mini bus service into the bustling resort of Marmaris.(this only takes about 10 minuites & costs 40p - 1 lira, buses run every 10 - 15 minuites & go on untill very late)
Marmaris has a long palm lined promenade / beach, there are lots of banks, cashpoints, shops, bars, clubs and restaurants. The main supermarket in Marmaris is Tansas which is situated in the centre, It provides everything you will need, food,clothes,electrical goods etc. Outside is the bus station drop off & pick up points.There is also a Burger King & Mcdonalds to keep the young ones happy. You can wonder through the maze of streets at the bizarre and haggle with the locals for that holiday bargain, Turkish specialities include,gold,leather,copper & beautiful wooden & pottery items & of course carpets.For the more upmarket shopping you can try one of the local shopping centres, Solaris, Marina or Gimma,or move away from the front where you will find lots of small shops,barbers & restaurants & better prices.! There are a huge amount of activities you can do during your stay in Marmaris: Cycling, Tennis, Fishing Boat trips, Jeep safari, Mud baths, Rock Tombs, Water sports, Horse Riding, Quad biking, Turkish Bath, Visit Rhodes or the Roman Ruins of Ephesus plus lots & lots of cruises, to name but a few.
At night, you can visit one of the many bars along the sea front for a great evening of entertainment or just sit back with a cold drink and watch the world go by. Why not try a romantic meal in one of the higher class restaurants off the marina with beautiful views across the bay to the castle.
Which ever holiday you choose you can rest assured Turkey will not let you down.
The villa will be cleaned prior to your visit & all bed linen and towels are supplied.The villa also benefits from English speaking agents who live nearby & can be contacted for help or advice with any problems or queries you may have. A meet & greet service can also be arranged for your arrival to help you get off to a good start (Ł25)There is also a digital safe for all your travel documents and passports etc.
Dalaman is the nearest airport and takes approximately 1 hour 15 minutes by car or 1 hour 30 minutes by bus. Car hire is not essential as Turkeys bus service is excellent and runs from the end of the site complex road, this is a 10 minuite walk but can seem harder in the hot weather or for those with walking problems. If however you are a more independent traveller & want to explore surrounding villages & some of the hidden delights of Turkey, a car will make this a lot easier.Prices start from Ł140 per week for a medium sized car. (price varies depending on time of visit)
A Ł200 deposit is required on booking with full payment to be recieved no later than 8 weeks before departure date. Ł200 damage excess is payable with final payment, this is fully refundable once the villa has been checked and the keys returned(usually about 2 weeks after your return). Help with flight bookings,car hire & transfers can be arranged.Food packs can also be arranged and be at the villa for when you arrive (price depends on what you require).
