Description
The Villa is located in OVACIK, a few minutes from the bustling village of Hisaronu, and only a short bus ride from the famous Olu Deniz beach with its beautiful blue lagoon. Fethiye is also only a short bus ride away, with its market, many shops and restaurants and beautiful harbour. The Villa is in a quite location, just a few minutes walk to the main road, where there are many restaurants and Hotels, and the Dolmus Bus that takes you into Hisaronu, Olu Deniz or Fethiye, yet quite enough that you do not hear any noise at night.

The villa is air-conditioned, it has its own pool, with a separate baby pool. We have tired to make the Villa as child friendly as we can, as we have 4 children ourselves ranging from a 1 year old through to a 12 year old!!
i.e Baby gates etc can be supplied if required.

The garden, has a wall going all the way round the villa, with a gate to stop children escaping!!

This Villa was built by the nearby Club Orka Hotel, which welcomes you to use any of its facilities, when you rent the Villa. The Hotel has an Aquaslide, kids club, with kids internet saloon, 2 outdoor swimming pools and childrens pools, 1 indoor swimming pool, Heath centre including - Gym, Sauna, Jakuzi, Turkish Hamam, Steam Room, Ladies hairdresser and barbers. Club Orka has 3 Restaurants and 4 Bars, a cinema and evening entertainment most evenings.

Due to the layout of this Villa it is ideal for 2 families, when we go with friends, we are going to put all the children on the second floor which has 4 Twin Beds in 2 rooms, but also has room for 2 extra camp beds if required. ( which we can supply)
The first floor is then ideal for 2 couples as each bedroom is ensuite with wardrobes down the adjoining wall in each bedroom, making them quite soundproof!!!

The other way you could do it, would be to have 1 family on the first floor and the other family on the Second Floor.

Open Plan Kitchen Dinner:- Fully equipped fitted Kitchen, with oven, hob, microwave, large fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, and iron/ironing board.

Twin beds ( due to the sloping ceiling on one side of this room, it is only really suitable for children up to the age of 16) Small window to rear of property.

Bathroom - shared by both bedrooms 3 and 4 With walk in shower, toilet and washbasin

Bedding and towels are included - (Towels for use within the Villa Only)

The Villa is strictly NON- SMOKING to aid in the comfort of our other guests and due to the fact that I am asthmatic.
