Completed in May 06, This spacious luxury 3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom end duplex apartment is in an excellent location, 3 mins walk to Calis Beach sea front, and promenade with its many shops and restaurants. It has stunning sea views, as it has no buildings or developments in front of it and the sea.

Surrounded by open Countryside and protected forest, it is in a quiet location, but yet the Dolmus buses stop 1/2 a minute walk away, and in a 10 minute bus ride you will be in the bustling harbour town of Fethiye. With its lovely harbour, famous market and many shops and restaurants. Calis beach restaurants, bars and shops are also walk away, for evenings that fancy a quieter more relaxed evening. There is also a very quaint water taxi, that you can catch in Calis, that takes you across the bay into Fethiye, as a cooler option than taking the bus.

The apartment is fully furnished with air-conditioning in all rooms, and it also benefits from being the end apartment and thus having windows all down the side, making it extremly light and airy.

The pool is only shared between 14 appartments and each apartment will have its own sunbeds, so no having to get up at the crack of dawn!!

This is a NON-SMOKING apartment for the comfort of all of our guests, and due to a fire risk.

Due to these appartments being built by the Hotel Club Orka nr Olu Deniz, all guests are more than welcome to use the Club Orka Hotel facilities, which they can get to, by taking the Dolmus Bus,which takes approx 20 mins.

We also know all the other owners of the apartments, so if a few families would like to rent other appartments in the block, we can sort this out for you.
